The Promoter declares that the Promotion is not a game of chance, a fantasy lottery, a betting game, a promotional lottery, a game whose result depends on chance, or any other form provided for in the Act of November 19, 2009 on gambling games (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 595, as amended).

The Promotion is carried out on the basis of the Terms and Conditions, in accordance with the generally applicable legal regulations in the territory of the Republic of Poland.

These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for participation in the Promotion, the types of prizes and how participants can obtain them.

This Promotion is open to residents of Poland aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, agents, distributors or affiliated companies of the Promoter, and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.

By participating in the Promotion, the participant agrees to and accepts the rules of the Promotion which are indicated in these Terms & Conditions and confirms that the Participant read these Terms & Conditions.

The Promotion can only be participated in person, i.e. it is not allowed to make promotion entries on behalf of third parties.

No purchase is necessary to participate in the Promotion. Consumers may choose to purchase a promotional Chupa Chups® x Stranger Things product in order to scan the QR code to enter. However, NO PURCHASE OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER, WIN, OR CLAIM A PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. RESTRICTIONS APPLY. The Participants can also participate in the Promotion by visiting https://www.tasteasweetadventure.com and filling out the online form or by scanning the QR code on point of sale materials.Internet access, a smartphone and a valid email address are required. The Promoter will not require the participant to provide proof of purchase of the promotional product.

Please note that while we want to encourage you to participate and enjoy the benefits of the Promotion we believe in responsible consumption of our products. DO NOT purchase more product than you can reasonably use or consume as this will not increase your chances of winning.

Promotion Period: The Promotion is open between 00:01 CET on 3 November 2025 and 23:59 CET on 31 December 2025 Polish time inclusive (“Promotion Period”), within which there are 8 weekly promotion periods (“Weekly Promotion Period”) as outlined below. Entries can be made between 00:01 and 23:59 each day during the Promotion Period.

Complete the challenge and earn the highest number of points possible.

Further Entry Conditions:

Smart phones using operating systems below iOS 14 or Android 9, and iPhone models older than an iPhone 8 may operate at a sub-standard rate which may impact on an entrant’s completion time.

The challenge can only be launched using mobile Safari version 17.1 or newer, Samsung Internet version 23 or newer, or Google Chrome version 119 or newer. All applications must be enabled with JavaScript to launch the challenge.

Maximum of one (1) entry is permitted per person, per week during the Promotion Period, and a maximum of one (1) Weekly prize is permitted per person throughout the Promotion Period.

Weekly Prize:

By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree that the Prize is awarded on an "as is" basis, and that the Promoter makes no representations or warranties of any nature with respect to the Prize provided, and to the fullest extent permitted by law the Promoter shall have no liability to the Winner in relation to the Prize, its fitness for purposes, merchantability or otherwise.

It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of the Prize in order for their Prize to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects Prize acceptance or delivery of their Prize. Providing an incorrect address or data, providing incomplete (data, as well as other failures on the part of the participant, resulting in the inability to deliver the Prize, will result in his/her being considered a Winner who has relinquished the Prize.

The Prize, the receipt of which the Winner renounced, remains at the disposal of the Promoter.

In the event that the Prize is relinquished, the Winner does not acquire a claim for payment of its cash equivalent. The Promoter is obligated to issue the Prizes in the Promotion in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

The Prize is not exchangeable for another Prize or its equivalent in cash or money. It is not possible to transfer the right to the Prize to third parties, to pay the equivalent of the Prize, as well as to give up a part of the Prize. Giving up part of the Prize is equivalent to giving up the entire Prize. In the event that the Winner gives up the Prize, the Prize remains at the disposal of the Promoter, and the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to the next Participant.

Subject to the provisions of the Terms and Conditions, the relinquishment of the Prize by the Winner shall be effective if made in writing on pain of nullity

The Promoter will ensure all Prizes are properly dispatched and delivered to the address provided by each winner. In the event of lost or damage in transit, the Promoter will make reasonable efforts to replace the affected Prize. If the exact Prize is no longer available, a substitute of equal or greater value may be provided.

The Prizes will be delivered to the Winners by the Promotion Administrator.

Weekly Prizes: The 1650 entrants in Weekly Promotion Periods 1 – 7 and 297 entrants in Weekly Promotion Period 8 who successfully score the highest number of points each Weekly Promotion Period will be deemed the Weekly Provisional Winners. The Prizes will be allocated each Weekly Promotion Period as follows:

In the event of a tie between two or more entrants due to equal points score, those entrants will be contacted and asked the following question: What Chupa Chups® flavour best describes your favourite Stranger Things character and why?

Entries received based on clause 16 above will be judged by PromoVeritas, an independent third party on:

Originality (scored out of 10);

Creativity (scored out of 10); and

Humour (scored out of 10).

Winner Notification:

Weekly Prize: Each Weekly Provisional Winner (determined by scoring the highest number of points or answering the question in clause 16) will be contacted via email to the email address used on entry within 28 days of completing the challenge or answering the question, and may be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the Weekly Provisional Winners. Once eligibility has been confirmed, the Weekly Provisional Winner will be confirmed as a winner.If a Weekly Provisional Winner does not respond to the initial Promoter’s contact within 14 days or is disqualified for any breach of these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to the next fastest entrant from the relevant Weekly Promotion Period.

Weekly Prize Acceptance & Delivery: Provisional Winners may be asked to provide evidence of identity or eligibility. Once a Provisional Winner provides evidence of their identity and eligibility if requested, they should look out for an email confirming they are a Winner along with further Prize Details. Notification to arrange fulfilment of a Prize will take place within 28 days of acceptance of the Prize. In the unlikely event that a winner has not received communication to arrange their Prize the winner may file complaints under the terms of the Terms and Conditions.

If any changes are made to these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will inform entrants via this website and in an e-mail message sent to the e-mail address provided by the participant containing an attachment with the new content of the Terms and Conditions. When making changes to the Terms and Conditions, the Promoter shall indicate the effective date of the changes, no less than 3 days after the date of their announcement. Such changes will not affect the Participants' already acquired rights in the Promotion. If the Participant does not agree with the new content of the Terms and Conditions the participant may terminate them within 3 days of receiving the message.

It is the responsibility of the winners to supply the correct personal information in order to claim their Prize. The Promoter will not be liable for the non-delivery of the Prize caused by the provision of wrong information or failure to update data. The Participant is obliged to inform the Promoter of any change in his/her address details (postal address or e-mail address) of the winner cannot be updated after the notification via e-mail sent to tasteasweetadventure@promowinners.com.

Winners will not incur any costs to claim a Prize or equivalent benefit. A consumer may incur a cost to enter the Promotion (for example, Internet charges). Winners will not incur any costs during the arrangements made by the Promoter for the winner to receive their Prize.

Complaints

Any complaints regarding the manner in which the Promotion was conducted, Participants should report to the Promoter in writing during the Promotion or within 14 days after the end of the Promotion to the Promoter's address: [x] or to the e-mail address: tasteasweetadventure@promowinners.com, with the annotation: “the Promotion”.

A written complaint should contain the name, surname and exact address of the Participant, as well as a detailed description and reason for the complaint.

Complaints will be considered immediately, however, within no more than 14 working days from the date of their receipt by the Promoter.

The Participant shall be notified of the Promoter's decision by registered mail sent to the address provided in the complaint or by return e-mail to the Participant's address within 7 working days from the date of complaint consideration.

For the purposes of the Terms and Conditions working days are considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays that fall between Monday and Friday.

Negative consideration of the Participant's complaint by the Promoter, does not exclude the Participant's right to pursue claims to which the Participant is entitled under generally applicable laws, including through legal proceedings.

The Promoter may request that the winners participate in reasonable publicity arising from the Promotion, including use of a winner’s name for advertising and/or trade purposes and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known, without further compensation (financial or otherwise). By taking part in the Promotion, the Participant agrees to the Promoter's processing of the data referred to in the preceding sentence.

The Promoter seeks to run fair and secure promotions and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entries (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified, any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:

Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners by requesting such information we consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld unless and until verification is completed satisfactorily.

Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion, including but not limited to fraudulent activity.

Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.

Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.

Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, multiple SIM cards for Text entries, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.

Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not fully meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.

Disqualify entries that achieve a score deemed, at the Promoter’s sole and reasonable discretion, to be unreasonably or implausibly high, including but not limited to scores suggestive of system error, manipulation, or unfair advantage.

Entrants must complete their details using their legal name. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who uses multiple names or email addresses and to require them to return any Prize they may have won.

The Prizes and gifts are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason any element of a Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute another Prize for it, of equal or greater value.

In the event that, in accordance with applicable law, personal income tax will be due on the Prizes in the Promotion, the Promoter will fund an additional cash prize in the amount corresponding to such income tax, and will collect and remit the amounts due for income tax to the appropriate Tax Office, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Income Tax Act in force in this regard.

If the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures,or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions, or invalidate any affected entries and/or to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion.

No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the promotional website.

The Promoter, the prize fulfilment agency (Promotion Administrator) and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities.

All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be processed by the Promoter, and/or by any agent or third party appointed by it to assist in operating and conducting the Promotion, primarily by Promotion Administrator (on the basis of an appropriate personal data processing agreement), for the purpose of managing participant entries, administering the Promotion and, in the case of a win, delivering the prizes. The legal basis for processing personal data is the performance of a contract (i.e., participation in the Promotion and conducting the Promotion) and the Promoter’s legitimate interest in the possible investigation and defense against potential claims. In the case of winners, data may also be processed to comply with legal obligations. The personal data processed will be kept as long as the Promotion is in force and after only as long as it is necessary to comply with the referred purposes.

The Promoter informs the participants that it may outsource to third parties part of the services related to the management of the Promotion with the purpose to obtaining logistic and/or administrative support (for instance, companies that carry out the service of delivering the Prizes, or companies providing technological services like hosting of the Promoter’s website or social media channels). All these companies can have access to and process the participant’s personal data only as far as it is necessary to comply with the purposes of this Promotion and only under the relevant agreements. If required by law or self-regulatory codes that govern the operation of the Promotion, the Promoter may be required to share some personal data of Winners with authorities, solely to the extent legally required. This information may include Winners' name, surname, country of residence or any other personal data the Promoter is required to share.

Personal data will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained.

The participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, limitation of processing, portability, or any other that may apply under their jurisdiction, as well as, in its case, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal, by sending an e-mail to pvmdpo@perfettivanmelle.com to the attention ofthe data protection office. Where provided under the applicable data protection laws, the participants may also file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority if they are of the opinion that their data protection rights may have been infringed.

These Terms & Conditions shall enter into force on the date of the beginning of the Promotion and shall remain in force until the date of the end of the Promotion, with the proviso that its provisions - to the appropriate extent - shall be applied to carry out possible complaint proceedings.

If any part of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.

By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.

In matters not covered by these Terms & Conditions, the provisions of generally applicable law in the Republic of Poland shall apply.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Polish law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.

This document has been created for a specific promotion.If used for a different promotion it could result in terms that are not fit for purpose.

Unauthorised copying of this document in whole or in part will constitute an infringement of copyright.

Changes made to these Terms & Conditions will not be legally valid unless agreed in writing by PromoVeritas.It is the responsibility of the Client to inform PromoVeritas of any such changes, as this may affect the legality, operation and delivery of the Promotion.
